Raw Material Cultivation

Rosun farms, cultivates, collects and processes various organic and conventional vegetables, fruits and herbs including garlic, ginger, onion and spices from in house farms covering a vast area of 5 000 hectares. We produce and source the most natural, pesticide free raw materials, which results in the production of high quality products. Due to our in-house cultivation facilities, Rosun can regulate production schedules. Rosun is also associated with contract local farmers and suppliers who are assisted through continued training and guidance in advanced agricultural practices as well as providing them with high quality planting materials, natural fertilizers, and bio-pesticides.

Manufacturing Facilities

Rosun Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. has employed the latest technology and equipment in our GMP compliant manufacturing facilities. Our state-of-art manufacturing facilities are capable of producing large volumes of high quality dehydrated and dried products. The infrastructure is segregated into sections including processing, packaging and warehousing to ensure efficient production. We process our spices, fruits, vegetable, herbal and flower products using low temperature cold drying and dehydration technology which enables effective drying of our products without losing their flavor, aroma and color. We offer our valuable customers superior quality products and optimized production processes.
