Kibbled/Flakes, Minced, Chopped, Granules and Powder are processed from fresh farm garlics. It shall be the true vegetable substance from which no portion of its volatile constituents have been exhausted. The product is prepared, processed and packed under modern sanitary conditions in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices [GMP].


We have excellent cleaning line for products which includes Color Optical Sortex [BUHLER-UK], Metal Detector, MTRA & Rear Magnets.

» Garlic Flakes

Applied mainly for canned soups, salads, hamburgers, pizzas & other fast food preparations when garlic appearance & textures is desired.

» Garlic Chopped (size: 3.0 - 5.0 mm)

Vastly used in varied food preparations whenever strong garlic flavor & taste are desired. Mainly utilized for pickles, sauces, canned/prepared meat or vegetables, dry mixes ethnic foods.

» Garlic Minced (Size: 1.0 - 3.0 mm)

Commonly used for bottled packs for retail stores used in sauces, salad dressings canned & prepared foods, meat bolls, dry casserole mixes.

» Garlic Granules (Size: 0.1 - 0.5 mm & 0.5 - 1.0 mm)

Mainly used in salad dressing, gravies, sauces, seasonings, cheese snacks etc. suitable for metering devices. Utilized extensively by food service / restaurants in bottle packs or garlic salt retail sales.
